The Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Specialist plays a key role in supporting the People Team by ensuring the accurate and compliant administration of payroll, compensation adjustments, and employee benefits for Cloud Employee professionals. • The Performance Test Engineer is a short-term, high-impact role (2-month sprint) focused on executing and enhancing load and performance testing capabilities.

We are hiring a Mid-level Software Developer to support the ongoing evolution, reliability, and scalability of a regulated crowdfunding platform. This is an individual contributor role, reporting into the Head of Development / Technical Lead, and the successful candidate will replace a developer who has been with the company for four years.

• Take ownership of new development initiatives, particularly around ad campaign management 
• Design and implement scalable APIs and distributed systems 
• Contribute across the stack when needed, with primary focus on backend systems
