Role Overview:
This year marks a transformative period for the client’s business as they pursue their ambitious 2027 objectives. The Transformation Function is dedicated to driving the business to be as tech-enabled as possible, which is essential for realising these goals. Their focus includes implementing our world-class modular tech stack, including AI tooling, Application Tracking System and Data Warehouse solution for reporting. They are responsible for crafting the technology roadmap. Process optimisation and efficiency is also a core part of how this team will drive transformation. They own and drive transformation through our client delivery. This means partnering with their colleagues that manage their clients to build a transformation roadmap and execute on the associated projects.
They are in search of a highly motivated and driven Transformation Project Manager to join their team. This position presents an exciting opportunity for an established Project Manager looking to take a lead on identifying and delivering transformation projects. You will lead in planning, executing, and delivering diverse projects across our organisation, collaborating closely with the Chief Transformation Officer and colleagues from different departments.

Job Description:
- Scoping the process redesign and implementation of our tech stack into clients existing ecosystem.
- Manage a portfolio of projects; including project governance, cost proposals, budgets, risks and activities.
- Collaborating across the business to map out the full process architecture.
- Lead on the development and implementation of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables and tracking milestones.
- Prepare and present regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Lead Transformation meetings and workshops with our clients and internal teams to identify current state processes, challenges, and identify roadmap for optimisation.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives and decision-making processes.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the Transformation Team projects and goal tracking.
- Facilitate client-facing workshops and transformation meetings to identify pain points and co-create solutions.
- Build relationships and influence our delivery teams to change and buy into the transformation agenda.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional transformation or change projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
- Process mapping experience using Lucidchart or similar tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven organisational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead workshops and transformation discussions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, especially with diverse, cross-functional teams.
Optional/Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tech platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools and business automation platforms.
- Awareness of Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience using Notion for documentation, planning, or project tracking
- Knowledge of Data Warehouse solutions and reporting tools
- Experience in fast-paced or RPO/recruitment-related environments
