Job Overview
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle hiring for a diverse set of roles. The ideal candidate is someone who combines strong sourcing skills with the ability to manage relationships, negotiate offers, and improve hiring processes end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle across departments and levels
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to define hiring needs and strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels and tools
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update ATS records, recruitment reports, and talent databases
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Partner with internal and client-side teams to continuously improve recruitment efficiency
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in tech or remote environments
- Proven experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong command of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and interview best practices
- Skilled in competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field
Optional / Nice to Have
- Experience using LOXO ATS
- Background in account management or client operations
- Familiarity with HR best practices and employee engagement strategies
