• Skills: Interview based on competencies, ATS, Sourcing, Job Description Writing, Negotiation, Stakeholder management.
• Shift: 7 am to 4 pm BRT
• Position: Full-time

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and levels.
  
• Collaborate with account managers and clients to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and tools.
  
• Coordinate and improve candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports and databases.
  
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in tech or remote environments
  
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end hiring process
  
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for people-focused work
  
• Familiarity with HR best practices and employee engagement strategies
  
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field

• Experience with LOXO - ATS
• Experience with account management and client operations
