Role Overview
The Technical Success Partner plays a key role in supporting developers and ensuring alignment between the recruitment team, clients, and internal stakeholders. This role involves conducting technical interviews to assess candidate capabilities, creating and managing technical assessments through testing platforms, and providing hands-on guidance to developers throughout their engagement. The position combines technical expertise, people management, and client communication to help developers succeed and ensure client satisfaction.
Job Description:
- Provide technical guidance and support to developers when assistance is needed.
- Communicate technical issues and updates clearly to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring understanding across departments.
- Collaborate with HR and client success teams to identify, discuss, and address developer performance or engagement issues.
- Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with developers to understand their roles, challenges, and work environments.
- Offer coaching and advice to developers on improving technical and software-related skills.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for developers, ensuring their success, professional growth, and alignment with company and client goals.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand role expectations, technical requirements, and team dynamics for assigned developers.
- Design and create technical assessments using established platforms to evaluate developer skills and project readiness.
- Conduct technical interviews for candidates joining client or internal teams, ensuring strong alignment with technical standards and team culture.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in software development or technical leadership (e.g., Full Stack, DevOps, or Engineering Management).
- Experience communicating directly with clients to discuss technical requirements, developer performance, and role alignment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical discussions.
- Experience in conducting technical interviews and administering assessments through online testing platforms.
- Experience in performance coaching, mentoring, or developer management is an advantage.
- Familiarity with assessing technical skills through tests, interviews, or project evaluations.
- Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with both clients and developers.
