Our client is a fast-growing technology company that builds advanced B2B software solutions for professional services firms and financial organizations. Their flagship platform streamlines complex workflows for fund management and compliance, helping users deliver faster, higher-quality outcomes at scale.

They operate a single-tenant SaaS architecture hosted on AWS, leveraging a modern tech stack that includes Python/Django, React/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, ECS, and Lambda. The company embraces an Agile Scrum development culture with strong CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect with previous full-stack experience to play a critical role in ensuring the technical quality and integrity of a highly specialized technology platform.

This role requires deep expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong emphasis on code review, best practice implementation, and close collaboration with the Chief Technical Officer. The successful candidate will oversee code contributions from third-party development teams, ensuring that core code elements are reliable, scalable, and maintainable, while also assessing higher-level design choices such as:

• Deployment and CI/CD Pipeline
• Monitoring, Logging, and Analytics

• Customization and Extensibility (Modular design, White labelling, Configurations over code, API extensibility, etc.)
• Performance and Reliability Features
• User Experience and Design Approach
• AI/ML Integration

• Review and validate third-party code contributions for quality, performance, and security.
• Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices.
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Identify areas for improvement within the codebase and implement optimization strategies.
• Lead architectural decisions on scaling, tenancy models, CI/CD, and system design.
• Support development teams in applying modern development tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with product and project teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a senior full-stack engineering role.
• Expertise in Python (backend) and React (frontend).
• Hands-on experience with AWS single-tenant architectures, including Lambda functions.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing frameworks.
• Background in legal technology or financial services technology.
• Prior experience in a technical leadership role within teams of 30+ developers.

• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with Terraform/Terragrunt for infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of AI/ML integration within enterprise platforms.
• Experience with modular design and white-labelling architecture
