We are looking for a QA Engineer with a strong foundation in both manual and automated testing, particularly for mobile and web applications. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high product quality through comprehensive test strategies and effective defect management.

• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and UX/UI designers to understand requirements and define testing strategies.
• Design, manage, and execute test cases for in-sprint, regression, and sanity testing.
• Conduct thorough testing for native mobile applications (iOS and Android) and responsive web applications.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Charles Proxy and Postman.
• Document, report, and manage bugs clearly and efficiently for resolution.
• Create and maintain test plans and detailed test result documentation.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for tracking and documenting QA processes.
• Use GitHub or equivalent version control tools to support CI/CD practices.
• Stay updated with QA trends, tools, and industry best practices.

• Manual and automated testing for mobile and web platforms
• Native mobile app testing (iOS and Android)
• Web/mobile browser compatibility testing
• Experience with API testing (Charles, Postman, or similar)
• Strong bug reporting and documentation skills
• Test plan and test case creation
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Version control systems (e.g., GitHub)
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

• Exposure to at least one programming language
• Familiarity with XCode and Android Studio
