The Senior/Mid Full Stack Developer will play a key role in the development and maintenance of applications using Node.js and React. The position involves working within Agile/Scrum teams, collaborating with cross-functional groups, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Candidates will be responsible for designing new features, optimizing applications for performance, and providing technical support in a contractor/client collaborative environment. Strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential.

• Develop and maintain software applications using Node.js and React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Work in a contractor/client collaborative environment to align development with client needs and expectations.
• Ensure high quality and maintainability of code through testing and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers when necessary.

• Proven experience developing and maintaining server-side applications using Node.js, with at least 3 to 6 years of experience in building scalable and efficient backend systems.
• Hands-on experience building responsive user interfaces with React, having worked with it for over 3 to 6 years, including a strong understanding of components, state management, and hooks.
• Demonstrated ability to handle full-stack development, with at least 3 to 6 years of experience working with both frontend and backend technologies to deliver robust and maintainable applications.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies, participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups in fast-paced environments.
• Proven success collaborating in contractor/client environments, ensuring alignment of development efforts with client needs and business goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently for over 5 years to optimize performance and scalability.
• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with TypeScript, enhancing the scalability and maintainability of applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, deploying and managing applications in the cloud.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or Angular, building modern, responsive applications.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, using it for efficient data querying and manipulation in web applications.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, automating deployment and testing workflows.
