The Front-End React Developer will focus on building user-facing features and reusable components while ensuring high-quality UI/UX. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating APIs, validating user input, and improving application performance and scalability. Strong adherence to coding standards, reusable design patterns, and Agile practices is key.

• Build fresh user-facing features using React.
• Write reusable components and libraries.
• Ensure UI and UX designs are technically feasible.
• Improve application performance and scalability.
• Validate user inputs before passing to the backend.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile development processes.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 4+ years of experience with React.
• Solid understanding of browser compatibility and the ability to test and optimize across modern browsers.
• Experience with modern JS tooling.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Experience with responsive design.
• API integration experience.
• Knowledge of automated testing and continuous integration.
• Collaboration experience in cross-functional teams.

• Unit testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing.
• Experience working with media recording features in the browser is a strong advantage.
• Appreciation for UI/UX principles and the ability to provide thoughtful input on user interfaces is a huge plus.
