We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to join a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to building innovative, AI-driven applications and platforms. In this role, you will work across the entire development lifecycle from design and implementation to testing, deployment, and optimisation, ensuring each solution is secure, high-performing, and user-focused. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end digital solutions that meet business objectives and industry standards. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an agile environment, values clean and scalable code, and is passionate about continuous improvement and modern development practices.

• Design, code, test, and deploy software solutions following our best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and user researchers to deliver user-centred digital services.
• Identify and implement improvements for system performance, security, and user experience.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and front-end components.
• Adhere to compliance and governance standards (NIST/NCSC/EU ACT AI).
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support onboarding and maintenance.
• Investigate and resolve technical incidents to minimise service disruptions.
• Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Back-End:

• API Development: Hands-on experience in developing RESTful APIs with Python, FastAPI.
• Experience with LangChain, CrewAI frameworks.
• Experience with containerized development with Docker and K8s.
• Experience with SQL/PSQL, NoSQL.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, and Vector/Graph Databases.
• Experience with queue SQS, Redis.
• Experience with Lambda.
• Experience writing unit, integration and e2e tests

Front-End:

• Hands-on experience with Typescript, ReactJS, Vite, Component based development
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Tailwinds, SCSS/LESS/SASS)
• Strong experience with UI testing frameworks and tools (e.g. Jest, Cypress, Cucumber, Selenium)

Other Technical:

• Familiarity with Version Control Systems (Git) and best practise
• Familiarity with SDLC with CI/CD workflow
• Familiarity with OAuth
• Familiarity with RBAC/ABAC and JWT authorization
• Experience deploying services with AWS web Services
• Experience developing Code Analysis and Re-factoring tools (e.g. ESLint, Prettier)
• Familiarity with Project Management Tool such as JIRA, Confluence and GitOps/DevOps Practices and approaches.
• Knowledge of microservices
• Experience applying TDD or BDD approaches.
