• Design, create, and execute automated test packs for new and existing features.
• Validate functional and non-functional performance of the platform and integrations.
• Build and maintain automated test assets to support continuous testing efforts.
• Work with DevOps to implement and optimise an automated testing framework enabling recurring regression execution.
• Transform sanity test suites into automated regression packs and expand test coverage across critical functionalities.
• Develop tools and processes that translate test outcomes into actionable backlogs.
• Create and maintain performance metrics and reporting to guide stakeholders.
• Identify, document, prioritise, and track bugs through resolution and retesting.
• Collaborate with manual testers to convert manual test collateral into automation-ready assets.
• Continuously evaluate test processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide mentorship, training, and technical guidance to QA team members on automation practices.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and organisational quality policies.

• 5+ years of QA/QE experience (mid–senior level).
• Strong automation experience using Playwright (or Cypress, with ability to transition).
• Proficiency in TypeScript for test development.
• Hands-on experience creating automation frameworks and regression suites.
• Experience with functional and non-functional testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps-aligned test execution.
• Ability to design metrics, dashboards, and reporting for test operations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and QA best practices.

• Experience with performance testing tools.
• Background working in cross-functional engineering teams.
• Knowledge of cloud-based test environments.
• Exposure to API automation or integration testing
