We are hiring a QA Automation Engineer to contribute to a high-impact platform that supports frontline operations. This role requires both manual and automation testing capabilities, a strong grasp of modern testing frameworks, and the ability to collaborate within fast-paced, Agile teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical competency, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for web applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ensure quality and performance standards are met through thorough testing.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and Agile ceremonies.
• Create and maintain test documentation with high accuracy.
• Validate data using basic MySQL for database checks.
• Contribute to performance and load testing efforts.

• 3–5 years of experience in QA engineering with automation exposure.
• Proven experience testing modern web applications and APIs.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for test management and automation.
• Proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript testing ecosystems.
• Basic MySQL knowledge for database validation.
• Understanding of performance and load testing principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High accuracy in documentation and reporting.

• Experience working in contractor or client-collaborative environments.
• Exposure to cross-platform testing environments.
