Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-driven Talent Success Manager to support and empower our software engineers throughout their engagement lifecycle. Acting as both a people partner and a technical liaison, you’ll ensure that developers are set up for success from onboarding and integration to ongoing performance and engagement. You will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to address technical, cultural, and workflow-related challenges, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across all parties. This role requires a strong balance of analytical thinking, empathy, and business acumen, ideal for someone who thrives in both people operations and technology-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Initial Support:
    • Conduct initial check-ins with new developers during their first six weeks to ensure a positive start.
    • Provide support related to technical setup, work environment, and team integration.
    • Address and resolve any early-stage issues or blockers developers may encounter.
  • Ongoing Developer Engagement:
    • Perform quarterly check-ins with developers to assess technical growth, overall wellness, and work satisfaction.
    • Offer continuous support and guidance for professional and technical challenges.
    • Intervene as needed for issue resolution or coaching beyond regular check-ins.
  • Client & Team Collaboration:
    • Be present during client visits to engage directly with clients regarding their developer teams.
    • Communicate insights and feedback from developers to improve collaboration and performance.
  • Technical & Environmental Support:
    • Assist in troubleshooting technical or workflow-related concerns that may impact developer productivity.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure developers have the tools, environment, and resources needed for success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical account management, business analyst, HR business partnering, or talent success role within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development environments and agile workflows.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to balance technical and interpersonal aspects of people management.
  • Empathetic, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
