Client Overview

Our client is a micro SaaS company providing software solutions to businesses in the pet industry across multiple regions. The organization focuses on technology-driven products that support operational efficiency, brand development, and customer growth. With an emphasis on clear communication, modern digital tools, and scalable solutions, the client aims to help businesses strengthen their market presence while supporting long-term growth within a competitive and evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the company's end-to-end marketing function
  • Define and execute the annual marketing strategy
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging
  • Create and manage content across social media, email campaigns, and blogs
  • Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Design marketing assets using digital design tools
  • Produce marketing guides, documentation, and video content
  • Manage and optimise the marketing budget
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and ROI
  • Collaborate closely with the business owner and internal team
  • Engage with channel partners to create shared marketing content and opportunities
  • Build and grow a brand community
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices

Required Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of marketing experience
  • Digital marketing campaign management
  • Content creation (social media, email, blogs)
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads management
  • Canva proficiency
  • Brand guideline and tone-of-voice management
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator skills
  • Independent work capability and priority management
