Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to work alongside our lead engineer on a critical product. In this role, you will drive key platform initiatives focusing on stabilization, usability, and migration strategies. You will be tasked with ensuring smooth transitions in both the backend and frontend, contributing to the evolution of the product with a strong emphasis on performance and user experience.

Job Description:
- Collaborate with the lead engineer to implement migration strategies for backend and frontend components.
- Manage and stabilize platform usability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Lead the backend migration from Loopback 4 to the Hono framework.
- Oversee frontend migration from Create-React-App to Vite.
- Implement database migration using Drizzle ORM.
- Update and maintain UI/UX components according to design specifications.
- Collaborate with a tight-knit development team in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to ensuring application performance, security, and reliability during transitions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Node.js.
- Strong experience with React and Hono frameworks.
- Solid understanding of MySQL databases.
- Experience in UI/UX development and working with design specifications.
- Experience with Drizzle ORM for database migration.
- Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Optional/Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams.
- Experience with Vite for frontend migration.
- Familiarity with Loopback 4 framework.
- Knowledge of RPC implementation for type consistency in Hono.
