A U.S.-based healthcare organization that provides comprehensive medical services in LA, including occupational health, physical therapy, orthopedics, pain management, and wellness programs. They're looking for a Fullstack developer skilled with Vue, .Net/C# and SQL server to work on their EHR system and patient management applications.

We’re looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in SQL Server and advanced Vue.js 3 experience to join our engineering team. You’ll be responsible for building end-to-end solutions , from designing robust APIs and optimizing database performance to developing clean, dynamic, and accessible frontend interfaces. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in an Agile environment, writes clean code, and takes pride in delivering well-tested, scalable applications.

• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning and documentation
• Design and implement full-stack web applications using Vue.js 3, TypeScript, and SQL Server
• Build reusable frontend components (composables) with Composition API and Vuetify (desirable)
• Develop and maintain RESTful JSON APIs, ensuring integration with backend services
• Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, indexing, and error handling for performance and scalability
• Apply responsive UI/UX principles to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces across devices
• Use Git for version control and collaborate through pull requests and code reviews
• Implement testing strategies using functional and component-level testing tools
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, helping streamline deployments and delivery

Frontend Development:

• Solid UX/UI skills and a keen eye for design and user flow
• Strong knowledge of Vue.js 3, Composition API, and Vue Router
• Experience writing reusable composables and managing application state (Vuex or Pinia)
• Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design
• Familiarity with TypeScript and Vuetify (desirable)
• Experience using tools like Vite or Webpack for modern build processes

Backend & API Development:

• Integration with external services using JSON APIss
• Proficiency with .NET
• Experience designing scalable and secure REST APIs
• Working knowledge of NPM for package management

Database (SQL Server):

• Proficient in transactions, error handling, and tuning for performance
• Advanced SQL skills: joins, indexing, stored procedures, views
• Experience with query optimization, database design, and normalization

Tooling & DevOps:

• Exposure to Azure Cloud (desirable)
• Version control with Git
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Testing & Quality:

• Use of testing frameworks and tools for frontend and backend validation
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience with unit and integration testing

• Knowledge of HIPAA/security best practices, especially in healthcare environments
• Experience with GraphQL or serverless architecture

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
