We are seeking a DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in AWS, CI/CD, and GitOps practices. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the backbone of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, and secure. You'll be instrumental in designing and automating deployment pipelines, managing AWS infrastructure with TypeScript-based IaC, and enabling a seamless developer experience across the organization.

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tooling.
• Champion GitOps workflows and infrastructure for both application deployments and platform services.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Flux.
• Ensure infrastructure is secure, cost-optimized, and resilient across all environments.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and maintain observability.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers to streamline development velocity.
• Manage secrets, IAM roles/policies, networking, and other foundational AWS resources.
• Drive continuous improvement of systems and processes.
• Proactively maintain and improve internal documentation.

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering roles.
• Expert-level experience with AWS services (e.g., Kubernetes, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM).
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript-based IaC tools such as AWS CDK.
• Proficiency with GitHub Actions and automation of CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A proactive, results-driven approach, balancing initiative with governance and policies.

• Knowledge of serverless architecture and event-driven AWS services.
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
• Familiarity with security and compliance best practices in the cloud.
